Very friendly and accomodating staff. Unit was easy to access and stayed dry and free from vermin for the 3 months we hired. Had multiple cracker storms with local flooding in Cudgen, Tweed and roads surrounding Mbah and unit stayed dry.

I have had a wonderful experience storing my furniture and household effects with Storage King Murwillumbah, they are professional yet friendly and helpful, and Nikki is amazing, super easy and efficient to deal with.
I am really particular with my furniture, but there was nothing to worry about with the clean, well laid out facilities provided at SKM. Security is good and the user access system works perfectly with easy access after hours or on weekends.

Over the years I have used several storage sites in Murwillumbah (Storage King twice) and often needed to rent a garage at short notice - always a problem as any local would know. Storage King Murwillumbah may not be the cheapest but the cleanliness of the site and access to the units is the best in the business and the staff did their utmost to accommodate me.

Just moved our stuff out after 5 years in storage. Sheds are clean and well laid out and out of flood. Our shed was a 3 x 2 m and was inside a larger shed which meant it was more protected from the elements. Staff are helpful and prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

I’ve used a few storage facilities… without a doubt, Storage King Murwillumbah was my absolute best experience.
It’s well designed and built, with good vehicle access to sheds which are well insulated from all weather conditions. It’s efficiently managed. Nicki and Emily were most helpful during my lengthy rental, both going out of their way to help with little miscellaneous extras when asked. Most importantly, it’s extremely clean and well maintained… the contents of my storage shed #14 were as good when I moved as when I first stored years ago.
All in all, a great experience in a Premium facility.

We had all our household goods for 6 month in storage with Storage King during the worst floods in the Northern Rivers. From the first moment I spoke with Nicki, the facility manager until moving out I experienced the most caring, friendly and professional treatment anyone could wish for. All of our belongings are dry and safe. Checking in and out through their security set up was easy. I highly recommend the new Storage King facility in Murwillumbah and would like to express my sincere Thank You to Nicki and Emily for their excellent service.

Dramatically Over Hyped Montages Of Sport
Honestly a great company, had the pleasure of renting a storage shed for over a year, really hard to get a shed always in high demand, I was lucky helped me when I needed it the most, also situated on high ground flood free. Probably the only dry facility in Murwillumbah.

Excellent Storage facility even after the very heavy rains, storms and flooding around the area the facility is bone dry and spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful as I have never used storage before. Highly recommend this facility as they have a wide variety of storage areas including van/boats/motorhomes.

Edit: my original review was posted in May 2019. Today, 14 months later, I can wholeheartedly say that I have never experienced such amazing customer service from a family owned company!!!
Nicki and the team at Murwillumbah provide a fast and helpful response every time I contact whether it be via phone or email. They tend to individual needs and always leave complete customer satisfaction. I’m so happy with the service I have received. Thank you!!!
