We had such a lovely experience with Storage King Knoxfield. Kev, the manager, was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating.
When we moved in, we didn’t get the chance to use the moving van, so when it came time for us to move out, Kev very kindly offered it to us for free. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the whole process so much easier.
He was genuinely lovely to deal with and made what could have been a stressful move feel really easy. Thank you so much, Kev, we really appreciated all your help and would definitely recommend Storage King Knoxfield.

Subpar customer service — When I inquired about a garage-sized storage unit for my car and belongings, Merrilyn asked, “You’re not planning on living there, are you?” It was a bizarre and unprofessional thing to say to a customer.
She also unnecessarily brought up chasing down the $450 monthly fee—which I had already confirmed was fine, or I wouldn't have signed the lease in the first place.
Asking standard questions or signing a lease shouldn't be met with passive-aggressive, hostile remarks or condescension. The customer service here really needs improvement.
