Extremely supportive, flexible, and accommodating, especially with coordinating deliveries and allowing forklift access to move items efficiently. I would love to give a huge shout out to the staff at Belconnen Storage kings, a big big shout out to Natalie and Tayli - Tayli for putting up with my ridiculous questions and being so kind and patient with me but for also having a sense of humor - but also to Natalie, there really are not enough words to sum up just how well she represents this company, to say she goes above and beyond doesn’t say enough, to say she is professional doesn’t say enough but recently I had a really tricky time storage wise - Natalie handled everything with such kindness and grace and absolutely proved when things gets a bit tough that she could run that business with her eyes closed, and I would have full trust and confidence in her ability to make the best judgment calls and that she knows the business inside out. It truly amazes me how well the team know every detail of how Belconnen storage kings runs, I for the life of me can’t retain information, dates, passwords and not only has Natalie been so kind and bubbly, and helpful but has never once made me feel like a pain. The world needs more employees like the ones at storage kings, they make everything so easy ! So once again 10/10/10 all round and 5 full stars, amazing work by Natalie and the team, I hope they all get a huge shout out from the boss because they really deserve it ! We stored household goods for three months with Storage King Bulimba and had an exceptionally great experience. We had never stored anything previously but the staff were very helpful and walked us through their system. This made the process so simple for us newbies. The online discount upfront and unsolicited partial refund at the end made it particularly affordable in these cost conscious times.

Storage King at Arndell Park are simply the best! This was a huge move for me after 51 years in the same house and I could not ask for anyone to be more helpful. Mark and Najwa have been so kind and gave me lots of tips and advice which made the whole process run smoothly. I also appreciate the fact that that they really did their best on the cost side of things. The facility is clean and well maintained and easily accessible. One small error, no issues, three hours after calling Chris turned up to replace. The packing materials are well described on their website, easy to order, and the quality of the materials are really good. Really impressed with this experience. Gerard the Spanish man is an absolutely amazing gem - I was definitely what I would consider a difficult customer, with peculiar circumstances & a need for a storage unit available that night. Gerard spent a vast amount of time helping me secure one. He was very patient with me, even after I filled in the form incorrectly 3 different times. Even staying back late to make sure I was able to access it when I arrived in town after hours. Gerard was extremely professional & it was evident that he knew the business very well. What's more, its obvious that he truly values its customers. If I could give 6 stars I would. And if I was in control of promotions &/or payrises, he would be getting one. I am now a new long term customer of storage King Robina because of this fantastic human being.

I have been with Storage King for several years, having various sized units, after displacement from my Wollongong home due to Family Law/Divorce. I live some two hours away in the Southern Highlands, however, my two adult Sons still live in the Illawarra. I have in the past, negotiated with Management (Sarah Riley and Emily Traynor) regarding a 'discounted storage rate,' which I have then locked in for a period of 12 months, as my storage needs are on going. I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE for the managers mentioned above! (as reflected in previous surveys/reviews)..................HOWEVER, due to Storage King's new GREEDY 'PROFIT before SERVICE,' strategies regarding price increases, which now will be factored into the fees if a customer wishes to take a unit, or a couple in my circumstances, over an extended period, I find myself shopping around with competitors, with Kennards being approximately $100 per month cheaper (WHICH I can lock in for 12 months) I have over a six year period spent in excess of $20,000 and have loyalty to the North Wollongong Site.....However, I am now in the process of removing my stored items from my Long Term Storage Facility and will find an alternate Storage Solution for my needs. I am positive that other Long-Term Tenants/Customers have also been affected by these unfair and greedy strategies to maximise profit to the detriment of Loyal and long-term customers. Again, I thank both Emily and the former Manager Sarah of North Wollongong for their outstanding support over the past 6 years. Kindest regards Mark Brooks
