Great experience with storage king. My unit was located next to car park, super easy to off load. Wayne was very kind and helpful. They let me use a taxi box to ship my belongings interstate. Thanks again. I will be using storage king in the future!

Amazing service from beginning to end. Duffie was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient - from assisting with the booking to helping onsite and everything in between. The storage facility is clearly well maintained, and the trolleys and lift made the whole process super easy. Highly recommend!

Amazing deal for $1 for the first month can’t complain about that . Would of been 5 stars except for the recent Sunday when I was there and I needed to attend the toilets on location and discovered they were locked so had to duck out to a public toilet . I found out later it wasn’t their fault that one of the customers had closed it shut it but in saying that there was no back up plan as in an emergency option in case that happened ; key perhaps located somewhere so it was very inconvenient for me that day where I lost a good 30-40 minutes of my personal Sunday time. Other than that would have been 5 stars

Have been using Storage King for years and always found the experience good. Recently needed to downsize my storage unit and the staff at the Belconnen depot couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful! Made the whole process easy and went out of their way to do this - so rare to have such great customer service these days! Thank you Natalie and Mark

Very reasonable price the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The unit I chose was based on the SK’s suggestion of the type of furniture I had and it was perfect.The unit was clean and assess was easy.Grant helped with signing me up and getting my PIN.I would recommend Storage King Revesby.

The office seems understaffed but maybe it works for the location? Not sure. Weekday midday or late morning might be the best time to contact the office (in-person or over the phone). Besides that it’s a standard Storage King with one goods lift.

Customer service was really good however pricing is expensive.. I can 4.5x3 for $317.. There was confusion when setting up and I'm paying $375 for 3x3.. I did confirm before purchasing over the phone but when I went and started loading items, I was given 3x3 for way more
