Silvia and Tyler were the most helpful people I encountered when looking for storage for our move. We looked at other places in the area but storage kind Epping and especially Silvia took her time to work out options. Tyler and Silvia made it so easy to move our household goods into a safe and extremely clean environment. I highly recommended Storage Kind Epping and save time. Don’t waste time go straight to the professionals that know what they are talking about and will spend the time with you.

Great staff, excellent facilities

I’m writing to formally address what occurred with my recent account access and billing situation. After using your facility for the past couple of years without issue, I was surprised to find my access blocked due to an alleged overdue balance. I had made my payment on the 20th, and only later became aware there had been a rent increase from $390 to $410 this month, which I had not clearly noticed due to a miscommunication between my wife and I regarding the email notification. On Anzac Day, I attended the site urgently to access my storage unit due to personal circumstances, including health-related issues, only to find I could not access my unit and was informed later that a different padlock had been placed after the account was flagged. At no point prior to lockout did I receive a direct phone call or clarification regarding the $20 shortfall. Given I have had a long-standing rental history with multiple units over the past two years, I would have expected a quick contact to resolve such a minor discrepancy before restricting access. While I understand procedures are in place, I found the escalation to lockout over such a small balance without direct contact disappointing and inconvenient.

The service is great, and the explanations for how everything works is easy to understand. The fact that you can still access storage on weekends is also an added bonus 😃

I called storage King for a quote as we have been using them everytime we need storage. Linda answered my call as I wanted to speak to the SK Granville. She answered in a very polite manner. She explained the terms and conditioned and quoted the price and asked if I wanted too put s deposit to hold the storage. A booking was made and deposit taken. Getting to SK Granville I met l Rebecca and Ash who both very professional and accommodating as well. They made ud feel welcome and offered some drinks while the truck was being unloaded. They showed us how to operate the hi tech storage which is all via Bluetooth. Very good!! Rebecca and Ash made our stay at reception a pleasant one. Thank you Bec and Ash for your hospitality👍👍👍

No ongoing problems

Nice staff and modern facilities. Easy to reach off Gold Coast Highway too. I wish it was 24hrs though. The only thing negative I might say is that their customer restrooms are usually quite dirty.
