Customer service was really good however pricing is expensive.. I can 4.5x3 for $317.. There was confusion when setting up and I'm paying $375 for 3x3.. I did confirm before purchasing over the phone but when I went and started loading items, I was given 3x3 for way more

More than just a shed! The team in Port Macquarie keep the location clean, supply awesome trolleys and their customer service is second to none. I’ve used a few storage companies in different locations and the team in Port and the Head Office staff have been fantastic. Competitive pricing, secure facilities and great service. He helped me work out what size storage would best suit my needs, provided incredibly competitive pricing and keeps me updated on when my agreement / insurance is due to expire in case I wish to extend them. I had an off site unit from storage king and can really say the service is the best..they are courteous, professional and very friendly ...ive had other storage dealings with other companies but storage king at carrum downs is the best by a long shot...I would personally recommend them to anyone
