I just set up a storage unit for the Robina location and had the most seamless experience thanks to their centralized customer care team! I spoke with Una at the Melbourne call centre, who helped me lock in the fantastic $1 first-month deal for Robina. She was a real delight to chat with—incredibly polite, patient, and provided highly detailed, helpful info. Una's excellent phone manner and stellar customer service completely took the stress out of my move. I truly hope management passes this praise along to her and her department! Thanks Una.

Jason and Phil were super professional and accommodating, with great advice and letting us know about the rental of the vehicle, which was invaluable when clearing out our unit. The whole experience was excellent - very clean storage unit and easy access onto site after hours. We would actively seek to use Storage King Heidelberg West again in the future for our storage needs.
