I highly recommend Storage King Woodville! From my very first enquiry, Assistant Manager Lachlan was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he took the time to answer all of my questions, making the entire process simple and completely stress-free.
Outstanding customer service is becoming rare, but the team at Storage King Woodville genuinely goes above and beyond to help. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to assist made a difficult time so much easier.
I’d also like to give a little mention to the removal company recommended by Storage King. The ladies in the office were absolutely wonderful—friendly, honest, supportive, and always happy to help. Their advice gave me confidence to make the right decisions, and I truly appreciated their care and professionalism.
Thank you to everyone involved for making what could have been a very stressful experience such a positive one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Storage King Woodville to anyone looking for secure storage and exceptional customer service.

Superior Blinds Office
We used Storage King to store high value blinds, curtains, awnings and plantation shutters for several years. The team are always so helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The facilities are excellent - modern, clean, secure and well looked after. Highly recommend and will use again for large commercial projects and when needed at peak times. Thank you!

I've searched other storage businesses for a few months till i made the decision to sign up with Storage King.
The prices are reasonable
The location is convenient
The Facility is clean
The security system is one of the best.
The facility itself feels spacious and well planned.
The staff are super friendly and professional.
I have mostly delt with Mr Gabris.
An extremely professional young man who goes the extra mile to help out with any issues you may have.
That's not to say the rest of the staff are lacking in any kind of way.
