Storage King Woolloomooloo has been excellent from day one. The facility is always clean, the loading area is easy and convenient and every interaction I’ve had with staff has been genuinely friendly and professional. I especially want to mention Milena and Darcy, who helped me out a few times this weekend. They truly went above and beyond. Milena’s calm awareness and practical advice and was greatly appreciated. Darcy’s willingness to help, even interrupting his lunch also made all the difference on a very hot day. The team clearly care about their customers while running a well managed, professional operation. I highly recommend Storage King Woolloomooloo if you want a place that’s reliable, very well maintained and staff that are both kind and thoughtful.

I dont like the fact that there are no lights in the storage sheds, other facilities have lights and power to the sheds for if the renting party needs power for some reason. The place was putrid heaps of cob Web 🕸 spiders and the shed was full of dirt and leaves that had somehow made its way to my shed , and for the ridiculous amount of money that I am paying for the shed I think that it should of been cleaned and power running to the shed

Absolutely love the staff at at Melton. They are friendly efficient and go above and beyond for customers
