If you’re looking for an ideal place to store your goods, go to Storage King. They have a variety of different storage and insurance options. Alternatively They can also provide you with a padlock if you need.(which I did) The thing that really stood out for me was the CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I contacted Storage king North lakes, we were travelling up relocating from Sydney to Brisbane towing a trailer. It was roughly 4:30pm and advertised office hours were close time 5pm, we arrived after 8pm. In that short time frame they were able to set up an account, allocate a room, provide me with a pass code, a detailed map of where room was, and provide additional instructions regarding where they were going to place our padlock as we did not have our own. This was all achieved over a phone conversation. I was so stressed thinking we weren’t going to find somewhere! Because of their exceptional people skills, we were able to achieve all the above. I wish all companies treated you with this level of care and detail. I totally recommend Storage King North Lakes. The best customer service EVER
