I had a very pleasant experience with Storage King Richmond. The staffs are super helpful and welcoming. To be specific, Glen and Hamish helped me a lot in planning the storage. They helped me find the best value space that fits my needs and eventually saved me a lot of money.

Well this was our first experience with storage as we worked towards down sizing and relocating.this day and age you walk into a place and get greeted and straight away you think to yourself “oh no, he/she knows nothing ….” But not at this place. First visit we could not get over how helpful Glen was. He was under the pump and in his own; which we understood but he went out of his way to guide us thru all options, whilst still apologising for holding us up. It was a simple decision to go with him/them and we returned the next day to sign up and then met the other staff who by their interactions and work ethic displayed a similar attitude to Glen. The place is well set out, spotless and extremely well managed by the staff.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable to help us pick out a storage unit to put furniture in. They also have some special promotions so it’s good to ask and check the website before you go.

I rented a unit with household effects and the process was as easy as even for someone not that proficient in the use of a compute. I was emailed a connection to complete the data they required online, including payment details and whether I wished to pay on completion of the data request, or when I picked up the key - I did the later. Access to my unit was easy as well with personal codes that I generated. All over including completing my move into my unit within an hour. Site manager Michael very helpful as was Libby in the office on the weekend when I moved in very helpful.
