Mark is the champion! Although my daughter didn’t store her stuffs here, Mark was still try his best to help us—-lent a truck for free, waited for us to return the truck and trolley after business hours, didn’t charge me broken blanket, and gave us cold water, which is the sweetest water I had! Thanks Mark, I will give you 10 stars if I can👍

Storage King at Hume ACT is the best storage facility I have ever used, and I have used a few here in Canberra as well as Melbourne and Sydney (U-Stow-it, Storage King, National etc) over the past 40 years. When I was exploring storage options, Jordan the manager at Hume was amazing, a true professional. He explained everything about the facility and took me on a tour of the complex. Then he offered a competitive price that others couldn’t beat. Everything was explained in full. No hidden costs, No hidden fees, No surprises. Service has been amazing. The Hume complex is kept clean and secure.

Storage King Hume are fantastic. If you need to store your personal belongings in a safe, quiet and secure facility this is it. Value for money and the staff are friendly and professional. My stuff was easily accessible via a lift and trolleys all provided by Storage King. I would recommend anyone who needs professional storage that will be safe to use Storage King Hume. I will be using them again if I come back to the ACT.

He took the time to show me around the facility and various unit options without any sales pressure, telling me to take my time deciding. He even worked out a great deal for me.
What really stands out is how immaculately clean the facility is - I've literally seen Jordan himself cleaning the floors! It's clear they take real pride in maintaining the place. My unit was spotless when I moved in.
The friendly atmosphere is another big plus. Jordan and Mark always stop for a quick chat when they see you, making it feel more personal than your typical storage facility.
If you need storage in the area, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. The combination of professional service, cleanliness, and genuine friendly staff makes it an easy choice.

We received an excellent service from Storage King, Hume.
From initial discussion on the unit size requirements, pricing, the walk-through, security provisions and through to vacating the unit, the info provided was clear, informative and answered all our queries.
The processes were clear in both face to face discussion and backed up by email/SMS comms.
Overall, an excellent customer service was provided by Jordan; and our belongings were excellently managed within a safe, secure facility.

Our unit was a good size but it is in a very difficult place to reverse up to. We need to go down the wrong side of the road to get to it and be able to reverse.
Otherwise, service on both the phone with initial booking and at the office was great!

The team at storage king Hune are amazing.
Not only did the team organise my truck, but they helped me unload the heavy items i had misjudged. Nothing was a problem and they gladly preserved with me throughout the whole process makeing a highly stressfull moment , stress free, and we got it all done! Amazing staff!
The facilities are always so neat clean and i always feel safe going there on my own at any hour.
We have rented our storage shed at the Hume facility on and off for over 3 years and always go back there due to the plesent staff and the easy acess grounds along with their great pricing!
I recommend Hume storage king to anyone looking for storage.
You will not be disappointed!!

Jordan Rasic has exceptional skills in customer relationship development and maintains a strong rapport with customers. When I was signing up, a number of clients came in and he greeted each of them by name, asking them how they were and remembering details of last conversations he’d had with them. This, and his natural flair and ease impressed upon me that I would receive the same customer attentiveness. I have not been wrong. He is immensely helpful and he makes one feel as though he knows his industry inside and out. His attention to detail is flawless and he is really an altogether good guy. If every Storage King could have a Jordan Rasic, I’ve no doubt they’d all have the 5 stars Hume is worthy of. I really couldn’t recommend this facility highly enough because of how Jordan manages it and the rapport he establishes so easily with his clients.

When updating your system please make sure the comprehensive testing has been completed prior to opening hours the next day. This caused us a significant delay in obtaining our storage.
On the positive side we would like to recommend Jordan from the ACT for his perseverance in sorting out our issue.
