From the very first phone call to the Revesby store, Grant, the Store Manager set an exceptional standard of service. Moving just before Christmas is an incredibly stressful time, yet Grant made the entire experience smooth, reassuring, and completely hassle-free. Organised clear communication and a great facility

Haven’t actually started using the facility yet but the process of our inquiry as to the availability of a unit and the terms and conditions involved in renting the unit was very professionally handled and explained by Kelli, a refreshing change in today’s world.The downside was attempting to navigate the bullshit online application system….it was never going to work, particularly when rejecting every photo we took. However, all was satisfactorily worked out in the office with Kelli for a positive outcome all round. Very happy with the condition and presentation of the unit. Russell and Gail

Ordered some boxes from them, they were ready in a jiffy and staff was absolutely lovely. Can’t ask for anything else really!

So easy. Sooooo much cheaper. The whole process of entering & storing my belongings was so easy. The space is so safe due to the lock up method being tied to your app (no easily broken padlocks) the parking & lifts were in the shade & the lift is massive. The trolleys are smooth to use & the room/ space is the same temperature & all day, not in direct sunlight & has fans everywhere. I had previously lost many belongings to mould in a facility close by & the process of emptying it was torture due to the intense heat on the iron roof. Thanks again. I highly recomend Storage King

I can highly recommend Storage King, Rozelle for their efficiency, friendliness and willingness to help in any way possible. After an exhausting move, they made the whole process of securing all our things at the other end. The removalists were having difficulty with one of our tables which did not fit in the lift so Charlotte was able to find another storage unit on the ground floor straight away. She even minded our little dog so we could assist the removalist. The storage facility itself is very clean, dry and well it. Very impressed with their service. Thanks Michael and team.

Had a storage unit here for a couple years while between places, staff have always been amazing and very helpful with some questions I had. Never had any issues and now that I have ended my lease on my unit the process for that was so simple. :]

We got a storage unit straight away and Steven was fantastic to deal with. He took the time to show us all the options, helped us choose the best location, and made the whole process easy. We moved our things in immediately, and he even offered extra after-hours access, which was a huge help. He also checked in afterwards to see how we were going. Fantastic dealings all round.

This storage King is a very well organised, clean, spacious and affordable storage facility. Adam and Jo were so friendly and proactive in finding me a single garage storage space.

The staff made the process of renting a unit very easy. They were very clear with instructions of gaining access to the storage unit.

Can't say enough positives about Jordan Stimpson and her crew. Professionalism at its best! Extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble and she bettered all the other places pricewise. The facilities are squeaky clean, have a variety of sizes have easy access and available 6am-10pm 7 days. Excellent security with cameras and digital access. They have good sized trolleys to use and to top it off there was even a courtesy van to use for the day if you need.

The staff at this storage facility were so helpful and understanding,they literally jumped through fiery hoops to help me out. Steven the facilities site manager was very helpful in assisting me to fill out all the necessary documentation on line as I'm not very tech savvy. They gave me several options as where to store my vehicle that was safe and in a practical spot for me. A big thanks to Steven 🙂👏.
