I moved house and waited to find a place to live also traveling, for more than 1 year I rented Storage King, North Parramatta I went in and out to get my stuff very often. Every time, Peter and the staff here took care of me like family, especially Peter who was busy working, checking the cleanliness, cleaning and tidying up very well, nothing was in the way, the bathroom was clean, and they helped and advised me on how to pack and I bought boxes and materials from Storage King. I would like to thank you very much for the excellent service and kindness. If necessary, I will choose Storage King, North Parramatta again and would like to tell anyone looking to rent a self -storage, think of Storage King, North Parramatta, 1 north rocks Road, friendly Peter and staff, very clean place, dry place no moisture so no Humidity causes mold.

North Parramatta Storage King are the BEST. The staff are kind, helpful and go beyond expectations to ensure everything is fine. They explain everything clearly, and ensure the premises are managed correctly where I know my belongings are safe. They also just bought new trolleys which are 👍 great.

Peter and his team were exceptional from the beginning with my queries, to organising the storage rooms, to ensuring all was well till I vacated. I was in between moving homes, and needed temporary space to store my belongings. They communicated everything so clearly, and were there to assist (on site or online) when I had more questions. The facilities were top-notch too! The storage rooms were so clean, no mess around, and lots of trolleys to borrow. Thank you again Peter and the team for a seamless experience!

Honestly I couldn't be happier with the service Garbis has provided me this weekend. He's been so patient while my mum and I debated which size we needed. Was quick to help out when we last minute-changed what we needed. He listened to the truck size I had and let me know good recommendations based on cost and square metres space. I had about 3 to 4 calls with him plus went into the shop twice and Garbis was polite, professional, personal, and very very helpful! 110% would recommend this storage king and especially getting advice from Garbis. Moving is so stressful and he's made the process a lot easier, many many thanks!!!

Peter and the staff at Storage King N Parramatta helped us through a stressful period when we moved house recently. They were able to easily accommodate our changing storage needs. Our units were clean, dry and free from pests. We did bring our own portable lighting for the bigger units as the passageway lights could not reach far enough into the unit when fully stacked. There was always a trolley available, but we did have to wait at busier times for the lift to access our floor. This lift was easily accessible to two docks. The other lift had a separate dock and required two people to operate. You had to have a staff member take you through the process before using it. The high rating is for the great customer service.

The store consultant, Garbis, has been a great help with providing information for the termination of contract. Additionally, the store manager, Peter, was a great help with showing me around when deciding which storage unit to consider for the short few months that I required. Would recommend using their services again.

The staff at Storage King North Parramatta are amazing. They were so friendly, patient and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I knew my way around the facilities. The storage unit was perfect for my needs and the facilities were always clean and tidy. They were able to recommend an excellent local Removalist, and I also ended up using their rental van to move some more precious items myself. I would highly recommend these facilities and the staff :)

Peter and the team were super helpful, polite and even loaded my oversize
flat wardrobe boxes into my car. As I was moving properties, I popped in often to buy more boxes, bags, and sundry items. Each time the guys were so friendly & Peter arranged to hold part of his office order for the robe cartons for my clothes to be moved in. It was a stressful time for me & I appreciated their assistance.

We rented a unit at Storage King North Parramatta for approximately 2.5 years and it has been a trouble-free experience. From the time we first rented the unit to vacating it, the management and staff have been fantastic with their communication. Access to the unit was very easy and the unit was clean and free of any signs of pest or rodent presence. The security of the unit was excellent. Thank you again for looking after our belongings.
