The customer service from Steven at the Penrith site was so refreshing. So helpful and hands on when I needed it. Providing me all the assistance he could for me as a mother of two young kids. I would recommend this site to others if you’re looking for genuinely caring assistance.

Steven has been very helpful, yeah are we used a storage at storage King in Penrith? Very secure unit, outside of hours access was allowed. They do sell good quality boxes security on site if you need storage come and see Steven

What an easy process, Michael was very professional, and took the time to show me different storage options to best suit me.

I have used Storage King facilities several times now, and cannot praise them enough. My latest storage experience was with Geelong, Grove Road. From my first enquiry, to my vacate, the ladies were all really helpful, friendly, and patient, just absolutely fantastic! Good service from staff , but extremely expensive to rent out storage. I am on a Disability Pension and $560 per month is a rather lot of money to spend on a storage shed, especially when i only receive $860 per fortnight

Hottest day to move in 45degrees a simple act of providing me with extra water and checking in with me before you left for the day, very appreciated! I’ve been back a few times to sort items, each time I felt very safe. I recommend without hesitation.

Staff were very friendly. Facilities are easy to use, and in good working order. There’s soap to wash your hands when you’ve finished. All padlock free using latest technology.

The staff are fabulous - very professional and helpful. Easy access from car to storage unit with very easy to manage trolleys. Automated access is great - no keys to carry around, etc. I would highly recommend this very clean storage facility.

Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Kyra gave me a full walk through, explained pricing, explained benefits of the various types of units. Never felt pressured to do anything. No up selling. Just legit got me what I needed. I had planned on going to several of the local storage businesses but didn't bother and signed up then and there. Thanks again, amazing service and couldn't recommend enough!

I recently completed an 18 month period of storage of my household effects with Storage King Virginia. I can say that the whole process was handled professionally and courteously right from the first contact to the completion of my tenancy. In fact, I was impressed during my initial enquires with David because there were no hidden charges as I had found with some other storage companies and the rental fee stayed constant during my stay where I saw that some other storage facilities were constantly uping their fees. During the time that I was with Storage King I twice downsized my storage unit and both David and Sean were very helpful in accommodating my requests. They made my storage with them hassle free and I would recommend Storage King Virginia to anyone looking for a great storage experience.

Reece and Mary are excellent to deal with so, if you're contemplating storage and all others seem much the same to you, these people make doing business here the winner.

The facility is new and has an impressive security system with 24/7 access to the storage sheds. Access is digital and very easy to implement. Storage area was upstairs with access via stairs and elevator for moving furniture and goods. Facility is also kept clean and in good order. The office staff are professional and went out of his way to support our issues which is a bonus. The stocks of packing equipment on the premises were also impressive. A professional business keeping the customer in mind.

I would definitely recommend Storage King (Penrith) if anyone is looking for storage space. Steven is very kind and ready to help in whatever way we need. I really had a good experience using this storage facility.
