Steve couldn't be more helpful in both the setting up the account, offering advice and looking after us when we delivered or truck loads of stuff. All the trolleys worked, there were plenty of them, and the facility was clean. Helped to reduce the stress of an otherwise stressful experience.

We had been buying good quality boxes from Storage King for a couple of weeks, and found them extremely obliging (AND long suffering), so when we decided we need storage as well, we went to them. We were not disappointed. The manager, Jarrod, was very helpful, and provided us with exactly what we needed, and didn't try to sell us anything larger than we wanted. We have been able to access the unit whenever we needed with no problems, and the unit is cool, well lit, and secure. We are more than happy with our dealings with Storage King, Raymond Terrace.

Easy convenient storage solution over Uni semester break

We used Storage King Acacia Ridge for a few months and had a great experience. Getting set up was easy—we went in on a Saturday and were helped straight away. The staff gave us several options and even allowed us to view a few different unit sizes, which really helped us choose the right one. We appreciated how accommodating they were. Access was straightforward, with convenient lifts and trolleys that made moving items to upper levels easy. The facility felt very secure and safe, even at night (noting that access closes at 10pm). The staff were also quick to respond to any requests, and we were refunded the unused portion of our monthly fee when we finished up earlier than expected.

Staff were fantastic and set us up to respond to our needs. Premises were clean and access was simple. Thank you for a great experience.
